Raw Materials

Extrusion
Plastic films are made in the extrusion process. Plastic pellets are crushed and melted continuously under the application of heat. The liquid hotmelt is extruded from a nozzle. The plastic solidifies through cooling and thereby receives its film form. We differentiate between two processes: the blown film and cast film process. [More]

Printing and Coating
The high quality of the printing is a trademark that has already won several awards for NORDENIA. NORDENIA makes use of the advantages of the flexographic printing process and combines it with a downstream gravure printing unit or gravure printing.
