Hygiene management
NORDENIA HUNGARY Kft. standardized its hygienic quality insurance system foremost within the industrial sector according to the DIN EN 15593 hygiene standard. Thereby the company in Szada fulfils the EU requirements on standards, and the hygienic foils and packaging materials produced contribute to the safe food production.
The new hygiene standard are connected to the ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards as a matrix system, therefore it is an essential part of the integrated management system.
The safe and adequate operation of the system is ensured by the regular internal controls and the annual control by the DQS auditor company.
ISO 9001:2000
In December 2003, after the quality insurance system (ISO 9001:1994) having been operated at NORDENIA HUNGARY Kft. since 1997, the company received the ISO 9001:2000 certification, too. The new standard, instead of quality insurance is about quality management systems; therefore the requirements specified by the standard do not apply only to product quality insurance, but also advance customer satisfaction.
ISO 14001
One of our company’s objectives is to assist actively in development of the region, as well as to protect our environment. That’s why we are continuously looking for modern equipments and up-to-date processes in order to use less energy and provide less pollution.
Our environmental friendly actions are further supported by our thermic incinerator which ensures the prevention of air pollution, as the air derived from production activities is free from environmental polluting materials.
World Class Production, Six Sigma
Both of the systems contribute to the achievement of maximum benefit for our customers. Through the basic concept of continuous workflow improvement, process engineering and interactive teamwork we are continuously fine-tuning our performance.
Food product safety policy
As a main part of our production is sold to the food industry, we take special care of this segment and support the awareness of our colleagues of its importance.
